1.鳗天下蒲鳗100g,意面100g,洋葱,蒜头,西蓝花,口蘑,奶油80ml,纯牛奶50ml,现磨黑胡椒,盐,橄榄油

2.将西蓝花洗净掰成小朵,口蘑切成片,洋葱切成小丁,蒜头切成末备用

3.将解冻好的鳗鱼切成一口大小的块状

4.在烧开的水中放入几滴橄榄油和少量盐,将意面放入煮8分钟左右(可根据包装上标注的时间来煮)

5.捞出煮好的意面,沥干水放入大碗,再滴一些橄榄油拌匀,防止黏连

6.将切好的西蓝花放入锅内焯水10秒左右捞出过凉白开备用

7.热锅起油,先将切小块的鳗鱼放入小火慢煎,盛出备用

8.留底油放入大蒜和洋葱煸炒至变色后放入口蘑煸炒至软

9.再倒入牛奶和奶油

10.煮至奶油变稠后放入煮好的意面,拌匀

11.加入一半煎好的鳗鱼块和西蓝花,根据个人口味加一点盐,快速翻炒均匀
